An important message for all Combitrailer owners and users!
Herewith we inform you about the solution for trouble free driving in Germany. Be sure that you drive with only one registration plate through Germany, and you will have no further problems.
New Combitrailers.
New trailers, to be delivered in the future, will get just one registration plate for the Combitrailer, issued by a TUV registration office. This registration plate then applies for both the front part and for the Combitrailer when connected.
For vehicles that have already been delivered.
For the vehicles that already have registrations plates, the advice is to drive around with just one registration plate in order to avoid fines. This advice also applies to the Dutch and Belgian hauliers.

We regret that these problems arise, all the more because there are hauliers who have been driving in Germany since 1995 with D-TEC Combitrailers. With this solution, you can keep driving with your Combitrailer through Germany, without having any problem.
