Paul Günther buys 15 modernised D-TEC Trailers
Kesteren – On December 23, Paul Günther Rental BV has received the first 12 (of a series of 15) of the D-Tec Euroflex trailer model. This model is the lightest, multifunctional, 4.8T tare weight container chassis. D-TEC has made it easier to push the Euroflex in and out: the crank to extend the rear end has been moved and is now located close to the locking pin at the driver’s side, making it unnecessary for the driver to walk around the chassis time and again. This novelty has been rolled out by D-TEC as standard over all new Flexitrailers and Euroflex models. Combined with an easier hole pattern, it has become even easier to adjust the Euroflex! And ease of use is good for the driver.
Ease of use
The Euroflex wheelbase has also been improved, in order to give a better weight distribution. D-TEC has also installed the Container Quick-Locks in order to quickly load and remove containers. These locks work automatically when a container is loaded, so that the driver only manually needs to lock them by lifting the handle.
The new spray street
Finally, the new trailers have been superbly coated in the new D-TEC spray street and have been fitted with VALX axles with drum brakes. These axles have been extensively and in very heavy conditions tested by VALX and D-TEC on D-TEC trailers.
