Optional extras are the data exchange and a printout of the Animal Fertilizers Transportation Certificate. The AGR unit is equipped with a GPS location finder, GPRS for sending messages and controlling systems. The digital availability of journey data offers many possibilities. For example, data is not only sent to websites; you also have insight into the history. D-TEC has a dedicated service desk for ARG systems that you can contact with all your queries. As a subscriber you are entitled to use this service option. The help desk can be contacted on 0488-487454 from Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 - 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 – 12:00. The service desk supports you in the event of malfunction and queries. As a subscriber you receive automatic software updates so that you always comply with legislation. Furthermore, you are also entitled to use the VMA-AGR website. The advantage: administrative support including sent message control and route maps. You can follow the routes travelled live and see the location of a combination at any time of the day!
