- Telephone number
- Size of company and areas of operation

- Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers
- Proof of identity for the name registered at the Vehicle & Driver Licensing Authority (Dutch: RDW), if applicable

For which purposes does D-TEC Products BV process your data?
- Executing agreements, transactions and services
- Customer Relation Management, newsletters 
- Product and service development, quotes, inspecting new vehicles and other administrative handlings
- To inform you about changes in our services or products.

How do we obtain your data?
The contact information has come in our possession because we have supplied you with a product or service or we have received your request for information or we have received your business card. Furthermore, we also carry out telephone acquisition. In the aforementioned cases, your data is stored in our system.

How long do we retain your data?
At least as long as legally necessary and/or until you send us a letter to unsubscribe you.

Sharing your data with third parties
D-TEC Products BV does not sell your data to third parties. However, D-TEC dealer and service organisations do use this data. We only disclose your data should this be necessary to properly execute our service provision or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies to which we provide your data.

Social media buttons
D-TEC Products uses social media buttons op its website. For notifying privacy-sensitive information of customers or D-TEC employees on social media and on our website, we ask for consent in advance (for example when delivering trailers).

Inspecting, altering or removing your data
You have the right to inspect, alter or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to D-TEC Products BV to transfer your personal data to yourself of to another organisation mentioned by you. Your request to inspect, alter, remove, transfer or withdraw your personal data can be sent to info@d-tec.nl. In order for us to be sure the request was sent by you, we ask you to also include a copy of your proof of identity in the request. To protect your privacy, conceal your passport photo, the MRZ (the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number by blacking them in this copy. D-TEC Products BV shall respond to your request as rapidly as possible, ultimately within four weeks.

Unsubscribing to the newsletter
You always have the right to unsubscribe to our newsletter. You can do this by using the button for unsubscribing included in each e-mail.

Protecting your data
We consider the protection of your data a very serious issue and we take the appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesirable disclosure and unauthorised alterations. All privacy-sensitive files are secured with a login code. If nevertheless, you have the impression that your data is inadequately protected or that your data is misused, please contact us through info@d-tec.nl.
